How close is it to Lapland UK?
Your private base is only a 10 minute drive to the Lapland resort.
Can I book for the whole week?
Yes — and booking directly is usually the most cost- effective way to stay. Just hit “Book now” and we’ll take you straight through to our booking page.
How many guests can stay, and can I book more than one apartment?
Each apartment has three double bedrooms and sleeps six comfortably, with space for up to 10 guests. For larger parties you can book more than one apartment — or the whole collection — so everyone stays together.
What’s included in the stay?
Everything you need to settle straight in — high-speed WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, fresh linen and towels, and allocated parking, along with some welcome gifts and toiletries on arrival.
Is there parking and EV charging?
Yes — every stay includes allocated parking, and there’s an EV charging point on site.
What are the check-in and check-out times?

Is there a minimum stay, especially during Royal Ascot?
There is a modest 2 night minimum stay all year

You can pay securely through the booking link, and yes — a deposit is required to confirm your stay.
What’s your cancellation policy?
All cancellations are handled at our discretion. Cancellation requests must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any refund, partial refund, date change, or credit offered is not guaranteed and remains entirely at the discretion of owner.
